I sequenced the Adobe Acrobat X,but am un able to create pdf file when i browse a doc file. Txt file gets converted. It thows an error stating that 'unable to find adobe pdf resource file' I have tried till now below options: (Using ACW applied all configuration chnages and created transform) 1. Installed MS office on local machine and then sequenced adobe acrobat a. used LOCAL_INTERACTION_ALLOWED= True b. Ran processmon and found that it is using some under Commonfiles Adobe 2.Virtualised MS office and Adobe acrobat But nothing helped, any idea how do i fix it. I also read that we need to install the printer driver separately which will resolve above issue.i.e either you install the driver before sequencing it or you install it as dependency as well. Also create manifest files,how do i create them,is it necessary to create it or Printer driver will resolve the issue Can anyone tell me the command to install them. Hello, See this KB-article; Considering that you are virtualizing Adobe Acrobat and that one possible causes of that error is lacking the PDF Printer (which is dependt on printer drivers) I would say that the specific feature can not exist in a virtualized solution -as drivers is one of the things in the sequencing whitepaper mentioned that will not work. Sadly, i should tell you, that its not a solution. I just tried right now. When you try to create a pdf from Adobe Acrobat and select a.doc it crash, with other files types there is no problem. In my case im using only Adobe Acrobat Virtualized, and MSOffice 2003 local installiert. The only that dont work is the connexion between Adobe and MSOffice and if Shweta karalkar tried both Virtualized, i guess there is no way.
