My problem is that I am not able to use the command for >, as used from File Explorer (or Windows Explorer). This problem occurred after I received an update for Windows 10, version 1709, and after I did some cleanup work. I have determined that the MAPI32.dll is not working and have taken a number of steps to correct the problem.
